On November 11th, we attended the Remembrance Day Ceremony at the cenotaph at the Civic Centre in Merritt BC Canada. During the ceremony there were bagpipes, Cadets marching, the Mounties on guard, The legion read out "On Flanders Field", white pigeons were released, and at the eleventh hour on the eleventh day of the eleventh month we had a moment of silence.
