Hiking: Hike over 90 kilometres of hiking trails in the Killarney Provincial Park and visit the trails on George Island which provide a glimpse into the history of fishing.

Sightsee: Walk the coastline of Georgian Bay exploring the community trail leading to the Tar Vats and catch glimpses of marine life and activity. Or visit one of two lighthouses or take a historic walk in town. 

Road Trip: So much to see is really only a day trip away. Visit Muskoka Country or venture over to Manitoulin Island, Sudbury or North Bay.

Boating: Boating and sailing the archipelago of islands near Killarney is very popular. Some seek moorage north of the village in Covered Portage Cove to admire the cliffs of Indian Head Rock.

Cross Country Skiing: Many kilometres of xc ski trails in the Killarney Provincial Park to explore.

Sledding :To many in the region the most popular winter activity is snowmobiling. there are hundreds of kilometres of trails to access which take you into the wilderness, parks and connect you to nearby communities.

Ice Fishing :There are many lakes in the region which freeze over. Set yourself up for some ice fishing and reel in a prize trout or whitefish.
