The tail end of the long weekend was certainly not hot or sunny - rather quite moody. BUT, that doesn't necessarily mean you have to pack it in when exploring the Nicola Valley. We decided to stick it out and weather the 'weather'. And what a treat it was.. wildflowers are popping, the Merritt skies would clear for glimpses of sun and there was some pretty epic puddle jumping in the jeep. All of these Nicola Valley things fuel our spirits and keep the 'balance' that every single one of us need. Grateful :)

Getting off the beaten path serves us well. And brings us so much contentment. Just get out, pick a direction and go. You can't go wrong around here in the Nicola Valley BC Canada

There are TONS of mountain biking options for all levels of riders up in the Marquart and Lundbom Lake areas.. this being one of them off of the upper Lundbom Lake road.
